Georgian PM Irakli Garibashvili says that the country’s third president Mikheil Saakashvili ‘actively consumes drugs’ and his recent live videos are connected with drug consumption.

“As more doses of drugs he (Saakashvili) receices, as more live videos he records,” Garibashvili said earlier today.

Saakashvili, who currently holds an official post in Ukraine as a citizen of Ukraine, has vowed he will return ahead of the October 2 municipal elections in Georgia.

In his recent live videos he encouraged the police and army to support the opposition in the upcoming race. The ruling party says that Saakashvili will be arrested if he really returns for abuse of authority and other charges.
