Police arrest four in Georgia for illegal possession of firearms

Georgian law enforcers have arrested four individuals, all Georgian citizens, for illegal possession of firearms in Tbilisi, Marneuli, Lentekhi and Akhaltsikhe. 

 

Police have confiscated firearms and ammunition from the accommodations of the detainees. 

 

The crime is punishable by three to seven years in prison.
