The Polish Embassy in Georgia has voiced deep concern over the detention and arrests of protesters in Tbilisi. In a statement posted on social media, the embassy expressed solidarity with those imprisoned for defending democratic values.

“We are deeply disturbed by stories told by the family members of the detained and arrested during the protests. Poland stands in solidarity with all unjustly imprisoned for defending democratic values and calls for their immediate release,” the embassy stated.
