For the 39th consecutive day, citizens in Georgia have blocked Rustaveli Avenue, demanding new parliamentary elections and the release of individuals detained during recent demonstrations.
Protesters, who have maintained their presence for over a month, honored the memory of five children tragically killed in Saberio with a moment of silence and candle-lighting on the avenue.
Among the demonstrators were students from the Agricultural and Free Universities, who joined the rally with a march, underscoring growing youth participation in the movement.
The protest continues to gain momentum as participants call for justice, the release of the detained activists and early parliamentary elections.
