Saakashvili releases live video from Batumi, says he is already in Georgia

Former president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili has released a live video as he said from Batumi, western Georgia,and stated that he is already in Georgia ahead of the October 2 municipal elections.
Earlier Saakashvili pledged that he would return on the evening of the election day and released a reserved ticket.
In the video Saakashvili urged voters to vote for the United National Movement opposition party in the elections and take to the streets on the next day to defend votes.

He stated that if at least 100,000 people gather in central Tbilisi on October 3, the Georgian Dream leadership will be defeated.
Saakashvili has been convicted for two cases in Georgia in absentia and the Georgian Dream officials stated that he would be arrested as soon as he entered the country.
The Georgian Interior Ministry claims that Saakasvili has not crossed into the country.
Saakashvili left Georgia back in 2013, and has not been in the country for eight years.
