Twelve Ukrainian children whose families were forced to leave the country due to ongoing hostilities have been enrolled in Tbilisi kindergartens without electronic registration and residence permits, per the initiative of Tbilisi City Hall earlier this month.

Tbilisi Kindergarten Management Agency says that  kindergarten staff are ‘fully mobilized’ to facilitate the adaptation process of the kids to the new environment.

The agency continues to receive applications from Ukrainian citizens for the registration of children in kindergartens.

More than 4,000 Ukrainians are currently in Georgia who have fled the war launched by Russia in their country.
