Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Saudi Arabia to hold talks focused on strengthening security.

Zelenskyy emphasised the importance of developing bilateral relations and conducting planned meetings, noting that Ukraine is interested in deepening cooperation with partners committed to global security.

“We value support and stand with those who are ready to work with us on security issues,” he said.

Earlier, the President stated that Russia has been shifting its strike targets, focusing more on water infrastructure, dams and logistics. He also outlined the types of weapons needed to counter this new phase of attacks.

Zelenskyy additionally highlighted the current casualty ratio on the front line, saying it stands at about 1:8 in Ukraine’s favour, with Russian forces losing an estimated 30,000 to 35,000 personnel each month.
