Judge Vladimer Khuchua not invited to judicial party, cites hostility from some colleagues

Vladimer Khuchua, Chair of the Tetritskaro District Court, has revealed that he was not invited to a corporate party of judges currently taking place at the restaurant Babilo in Tbilisi.

Speaking to Formula TV, Judge Khuchua expressed little surprise at the exclusion, describing it as consistent with past experiences.

“I am not invited to this gathering. This is not the first time – there have been other years when I was excluded. If this is indeed a corporate event and I wasn’t invited, I’m not losing anything by it. I’ll just say this: I’m not surprised by the petty actions of some of my colleagues. I won’t name names,” Khuchua stated.

Khuchua, who previously ruled on cases involving violations of voting secrecy during elections, dismissed speculation that his exclusion might be linked to that decision.
