Yerevan, Brussels sign deal on status of EU mission

Yerevan and Brussels on Monday signed an agreement on the status of the EU monitoring mission, Armenian media reported. 

 

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, noted the agreement would contribute to more effective implementation of its activities.

 

The EU civilian mission in Armenia started working in February 2023, and European observers are now patrolling the Armenian side of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
