The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy on the recommendation of the Security Service of Ukraine put the Russian comedian Maxim Galkin on the list of persons threatening national security. This was reported on the site of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.

Since November 3, Galkin is banned from entering Ukraine, and films and TV shows featuring him are prohibited for distribution and demonstration in Ukraine.

As of November 4, there are 259 cultural figures on the "black list" who pose a threat to the national security of Ukraine.
