Kuleba explained Zelensky's 10 steps to implement the Minsk agreements

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba explained whether any essential progress has been made in the Minsk negotiations. Lately, the TAG was a broken record and it seemed that nothing would be achieved there, but then a new cease-fire was agreed.

Kuleba told about this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

According to him, if we talk in general about the settlement, in the Trilateral Contact Group, most of the key decisions are ready for adoption.

"There is already nothing to talk about, it has already been negotiated and written so many times. There is no need for negotiations there, only a green light from Moscow is needed, just as in the case of the statement of allegiance to the cease-fire regime. But what is happening is, for the most part, hard to call it negotiation on the part of Russia and their proxies. A more apt characterization is a mash-up of the process," he said.

He also explained what these 10 steps are for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which Volodymyr Zelensky said.

"This is a comprehensive attempt to move the negotiation process forward. But in fact, these 10 steps do not change the Minsk agreements or the format of the TAG or the Normandy format," Kuleba said.
