He recalled that in the Uman district announced the evacuation of the population in the radius of the military unit-30 km from Rasseshki.

"Mass collection points for those without cars: at the exit from Uman on the road Stryi - Izvarino near the gas station WOG.There will wait for buses," Skichko said.

According to him, for those who have their own transport, you have to go on the H-16 freeway to the traffic circle, turn to Talne (near the bus station) and there, the actions of citizens will be coordinated by representatives of the regional state administration.
