Britain and Denmark announced a special donor conference in Copenhagen in August - Zelensky

During his evening address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Britain and Denmark had announced a special donor conference in Copenhagen in August.

On June 15, a "Ramstein" meeting of ministers from more than 40 countries was held. This is a format for defense ministers from partner countries to decide on support packages for Ukraine. The president said the news is really good and expect to increase that support.

"We have, by the way, another signal that defense support for Ukraine will be permanent. As part of Ramstein, Britain and Denmark have announced a special donor conference in Copenhagen in August. Fourteen nations have been tentatively engaged," the statement reads.

The U.S. and partners have trained more than 1,000 Ukrainian military personnel in the use of foreign military equipment.
