The President of Serbia has put the army on maximum alert due to the situation in Kosovo

Serbian President Oleksandr Vučić signed an order to increase the combat readiness of units of the Armed Forces of Serbia to the highest level. The troops were also ordered to urgently move in the direction of the administrative line with Kosovo and Metohija. This is reported by Kurir.

 

 President Vučić stated that he decided to increase the level of readiness of the troops due to the violence that Albina Kurti's police are perpetrating against the Serbian people in Zvečan, Zubin-Potok and Leposavic.

 

 The President of Serbia also asked NATO to urgently intervene and stop the violence against the Serbs.

 

 Members of the so-called Kosovo Police broke into the Zvechan municipality building and used tear gas and stun grenades against them. They also used tear gas in front of the Zvečany municipality building to disperse the Serbs present.
