Ukrainian military and political leaders are working on a strategy to liberate the territories occupied by Russian troops. This was announced by Oleksiy Danylov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
According to him, the document describing the concept of liberation is likely to be submitted to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky for consideration by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff.
Danilov emphasized that the work on this strategy is a complex but important task and that it is already well underway.
