The International Court of Justice has set a date for the hearing of the case of Armenia against Azerbaijan

The International Court of Justice in The Hague has set a date for a hearing in the case of Armenia against Azerbaijan on the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination in connection with the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by News.am.


It is noted that public hearings are scheduled for Thursday, October 12, 2023, and will be held at the Peace Palace in The Hague.


It is reported that the hearings will be devoted to Yerevan's request for the indication of provisional measures against Baku.
