Ukraine will soon receive another Patriot air defense system from Germany. Currently, two divisions of this air defense system are on combat duty. This was stated by Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat in a commentary on Novyny.LIVE.
"We have information that we have two Patriot divisions on combat duty today. Now it has been announced that Germany will provide another system. So, of course, there is no such thing as too many Patriots, just like cruise missiles," he said.
Ihnat emphasized that Ukraine needs more systems to ensure its defense.
"Patriot is also good because it can not only shoot down airplanes and helicopters at a distance of more than 100, 150 km, it can also shoot down ballistic missiles," Ihnat added.
