Poland suspends investigation into missile explosion in Przewodów - media

Poland has suspended the investigation into the missile explosion in the border village of Przewodów, which occurred on November 15, 2022, during a massive Russian air attack on Ukraine. Two people died as a result of the incident. This was reported by RMF FM.

The Polish prosecutor's office justified this decision by "the lack of any cooperation from Ukraine in solving this tragedy."

According to them, the investigation was suspended due to "continuing difficulties in further conduct" related to the expectation of fulfillment of requests for international legal assistance.

This suspension of the investigation may indicate that the circumstances of the incident cannot be definitively established.

Additionally, it is noted that according to the conclusions of Polish investigators, the missile that caused the explosion belonged to the Ukrainian air defense system and was fired during a massive missile attack conducted by Russia.
