The head of the GUR, Kyrylo Budanov, said that no miracle technologies will help to radically change the course of the war. He said this in an interview with Liberation.

According to Budanov, he does not share the opinion that a "technological breakthrough" can radically change the situation at the front. 

"We are not on the verge of using weapons of mass destruction, but everything else, from submarines to strategic aviation, has been used for a long time. That is why, unfortunately, no miracle technologies will help either side. All attempts by some countries to find miracle weapons have failed. The question is how to allocate resources, how to use what is available, and how to plan supply lines," the GUR chief said.

He believes that the country with the strongest economy and logistics wins in a long war.

Budanov also stated that the situation on the battlefields of the Russian-Ukrainian war remains difficult, but not critical.
