The situation is fragile: ZNPP lost connection with the last external power line

Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant has lost connection with the last backup external power line. This was reported by the International Atomic Energy Agency.

According to the agency, the Zaporizhzhia NPP currently receives the electricity it needs only from a 750 kV line.

"This underlines the fragile nuclear safety and security situation at the site," the International Atomic Energy Agency emphasized.
