Night attack on Ukraine: the Air Force provided details

On the night of February 26, Russia attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones and missiles of various types, and the Ukrainian military managed to shoot down three missiles and nine drones. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.


According to the military, the Russians sent an Iskander-M ballistic missile from the temporarily occupied Crimea, two S-300 air defense systems from the Belgorod region, three X-59 guided missiles, and an X-31P anti-radar missile from the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region.


The enemy also attacked with 14 "Shaheds" from the territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.


Ukrainian air defense shot down all three X-59 missiles and nine drones within the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
