Civilians were killed in Sumy as a result of a drone attack on the night of March 13. This was reported by the Sumy RMA.
"Tonight, Sumy was attacked by Shahed UAVs. The attack resulted in a hit to an apartment building. All emergency services are working at the scene," the statement said.
According to the RMA, at least 30 apartments were damaged, 15 of them were destroyed.
"According to preliminary information, 10 people have been rescued from the rubble, eight of whom suffered injuries of varying severity. Unfortunately, there are some dead. The information is being clarified," the RMA said.
The rescue operations are ongoing.

On the night of March 13, a Shahed attack drone attacked a high-rise building in Sumy. The body of the second person was taken out from under the rubble. This was reported by the State Emergency Service on Telegram.
"During the debris removal of a 5-storey residential building, the body of the second deceased person was unblocked by the State Emergency Service," the statement said.
According to the State Emergency Service, there are currently 2 dead and 8 injured as a result of the nighttime Russian attack on the city. The work is ongoing.
