"This is a civilian facility - a printing house, a furniture factory. There were no military personnel here. The wounded and dead are peaceful, civilians, and it's terrible," Terekhov said.


In addition, March 22 was declared a day of mourning in Kharkiv in memory of the victims, the press service of the Kharkiv City Council reports.


"As a sign of mourning for the victims, the national flag of Ukraine with a black ribbon will be at half-mast on local government buildings, enterprises, institutions and organizations on Friday. Entertainment music will also be banned in markets, retail outlets, catering facilities, etc.", the statement said.
