Russians attacked Odesa region: targeting the region's infrastructure

On the morning of Wednesday, April 17, Russian troops attacked Odesa region. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration Oleh Kiper.


"The terrorists targeted the newly built infrastructure of the region. There was no information about the victims," Kiper said.


He urged residents of the region to monitor the signals of air alarms and quickly go to the shelter.


According to the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine, the Russians continue "insidious tactics of targeted missile strikes, in particular with the use of ballistics."
