According to the new law on mobilization, Ukrainians must undergo medical commission again: details

According to the new law on mobilization, Ukrainians must not only update their military registration data at the TCC by July 18, but also undergo a medical commission again. Even if they are granted a deferral. This was stated by Roman Istomin, a representative of the Poltava regional TCC.

“A conscripted citizen who comes to clarify his military registration data will definitely be sent to a military medical commission (MMC), even if he is granted a deferral,” the speaker said.

According to him, the medical commission is one of the points of data clarification.

“Therefore, there is no need to be afraid of it or to accuse the TCC of illegality of such a referral,” the military said.

It is worth noting that the new law on mobilization provides for the possibility of clarifying data in the conscript's electronic office. It is not yet known how the medical commission will deal with such cases. The Cabinet of Ministers is currently developing an algorithm for updating data electronically.
