Mayor Terekhov spoke about the hit on the 10th floor of the apartment building, emphasizing that there was no threat of fire. The apartments are currently being checked and possible victims are being searched for.


He also noted that about 10 cars caught fire in a nearby garage, and the building itself was damaged.


Deputy Mayor Synegubov reported nine victims who suffered minor injuries and are reacting to stress.
