The Security Service has launched an investigation into the incident of the beating of a woman by an employee of the Military Commissariat in Odesa. This information was made public with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
It is noted that a video of the woman's conflict with a representative of the Military Commissariat was posted online.
The Special Prosecutor's Office of Odesa Region has opened a criminal investigation into the incident.
The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by the National Police of Odesa region, and the Ministry of Defense promises to provide all necessary support to the pre-trial investigation authorities.
Earlier we reported that on May 13, a video appeared on a number of Ukrainian Telegram channels showing a man in uniform beating a woman in Odesa - the victim claims that it was a representative of the local Military Commissariat. The press service of the territorial center for recruitment and social support announced the launch of an official investigation.
