The video shows a man in a minibus being beaten by TCC officers and taken into a bus.
The author of the video claims that pepper spray was sprayed in public transport. In addition, the author of the video was threatened with breaking the phone.
The Odesa TCC said it was conducting an investigation into another incident with Military Commissariat.
“Regarding the incident that occurred in public transport on May 16 in the city of Odesa. It is impossible to establish the cause of the conflict between a person in military uniform and a civilian from the video. The circumstances and participants in the situation are being clarified. An internal investigation has been initiated. The position of the leadership of the Odesa Regional TCC remains unchanged: any manifestations of violence are unacceptable. Based on the results of the official inspection, all actions and participants will be given a legal assessment,” the statement said.
