According to a new decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, employers now have the right to issue summonses to employees liable for military service. This was announced by the spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, Dmytro Lazutkin.
Lazutkin explained that in accordance with the provision on the organization and maintenance of military records, summonses can be issued by:
- representatives of executive bodies, village, settlement and city councils;
- employers;
- heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations.
