The Cabinet of Ministers obliged employers to issue summonses to employees and deliver them to the TCC: details

The Cabinet of Ministers has obliged employers to issue summonses to their employees and deliver them to the TCC. This is stated in the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 560.

This will have to be done after receiving an order from the TCC or local administration.

“The heads of enterprises, institutions, organizations ... ensure the arrival of reservists and persons liable for military service by transporting them from the enterprise (institution, organization) to the collection points of district (city) territorial centers of recruitment and social support or military units or releasing them from their duties, taking into account the time required to arrive at the territorial center of recruitment and social support, and, if necessary, the time for the return trip,” the resolution says.

Another innovation is that it is the employers who must inform the TCC about those employees who have refused the summons and those who have written a letter of resignation.

In addition, military commissars now have the right to come to a company and conduct mobilization activities.

Businesses will also have to send summonses by mail to its employees on remote and on vacation, and then report to the TCC.
