If the data in the military ID card and the electronic register Oberih do not match, the person may be served with a summons again or detained for delivery to the TCC. This is stated in the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 559.
This applies to old-style military registration documents issued before May 18. They are considered valid only if there are no discrepancies in the information in columns 1-5, 13 and 14.
Namely, affiliation with military duty, taxpayer card number or passport number; if available, the composition (private, sergeant and petty officer, officer), military rank; military specialty; date and place of military registration, deregistration from military registration.
The data can be checked through the electronic office of the conscript and the TCC.
In case of refusal to accept the summons, there is a risk of administrative liability and forced delivery to the TCC by the police.
