Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European Council President Charles Michel discussed possibilities of how to jointly secure nuclear power plants in connection with the shelling by Russian troops, as well as tightening sanctions against Russia and Ukraine's membership in the EU.
"Continued the dialogue with European Council President Charles Michel. Our common task is to secure nuclear power plants, critical production facilities, and infrastructure. We discussed ways of its implementation. We talked about tougher sanctions against Russia. Touched the issue of Ukraine's membership in the EU", - wrote Zelensky in Twitter.
