In Boromla, power has been restored to all but one house with 5 apartments.
People continue to be found tortured by the enemies in the community. One of the men had his face tied and his hands tied, with lacerations on his right leg. At present the identity of the deceased has not been established. These cases are being handled by the prosecutor's office.

In the district continue to restore bus service between communities, in Sumy - extended the time of transport. Trolleybuses and buses will carry passengers from 7:00 to 18:00. In total, there are 8 trolleybus and 4 bus routes.

Romna district
