In the de-occupied territories of Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv regions 919 settlements were completely liberated from the occupants. Of these, 29% have already resumed the work of local governments and their executive bodies. This was reported by the deputy head of the Office of the President Kirill Timoshenko in Telegram.
According to him, 192 liberated settlements have already started the work of humanitarian headquarters, which are engaged in the regional military administrations together with the State Emergency Service. The work of the National Police in 336 de-occupied settlements has been restored. Demining of territories is under way in 70.
Despite the fierce fighting in some areas, in Kharkiv region also began to restore infrastructure.
"The settlements of Olkhovka and Malaya Rogan have been liberated from the occupants, where they have even restored power supply to 140 consumers. Thirty units of mangled military and civilian vehicles have been removed from the M-03 highway from Kharkiv to sacked Chuguev. Road workers regularly carry out emergency repairs of roads in towns hit by enemy artillery," said Timoshenko.
Ukrposhta has resumed work in 74 of the 919 de-occupied settlements. People are receiving pensions, parcels and food.
