Already 217 children in Ukraine have died because of the russian invasion, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General.

"More than 608 children have suffered in Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. According to official data, 217 children were killed and more than 391 wounded," the report said.

The most affected children are in the Donetsk region - 127, Kyiv region - 114, Kharkiv region - 93, Chernihiv region - 66, Kherson region - 44, Mykolaiv region - 43, Lugansk region - 37, Zaporizhzhia region - 27, Sumy region - 17, in the city of Kyiv - 16, Zhitomyr - 15.

Since activities are currently underway to establish the number of victims in places of active combat operations, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories, the figures will change.
