About this reports DW.

According to her, the Ukrainian port city is clearly in an emergency situation, everywhere you can see how to protect cultural monuments from shelling.

"We want to show that we are here. We want to show that culture is under attack," she told reporters.

For his part, Ukrainian Culture Minister Alexander Tkachenko gave his German counterpart two postage stamps with a "Russian warship."

On one, the Ukrainian border guard shows the middle finger to the Russian cruiser "Moscow". The second, which appeared after the ship had sunk, is titled "Russian warship... EVERYTHING!".

Recall that the Italian Minister of Culture Dario Franceschini in April had a video conversation with the Mayor of Odesa Gennady Trukhanov. During the conversation, the minister suggested that Odesa should immediately be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
