UZ launches a train to liberated Kherson - the first flight today

"Ukrzaliznytsia" is launching a train to Kherson for the first time since the beginning of the full-scale war. The first shipment is scheduled for today, November 18, from Kyiv.

This was announced by Serhii Khlan, adviser to the head of Kherson OVA, on Facebook.

"Ukrzaliznytsia" launches a train from Kyiv to Kherson. The first flight today at 22:14 from the capital, and tomorrow approximately at 09:00 in Kherson. About 200 passengers who bought a "ticket to victory" will travel on it, and the carriages were painted by Ukrainian artists," Khlan wrote.

At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that trains will depart from Kyiv on even numbers, and from Kherson - on odd numbers.

We will remind you that UZ together with the UNITED24 platform launched the "Tickets to Victory" project, under which you can buy a ticket to Ukrainian cities that are under occupation or have already been de-occupied. We are talking, in particular, about Kherson.
