The Secretary General of the Council of Europe visited Kyiv

The Secretary General of the Council of Europe Maria Peychynovych-Burich arrived in Kyiv on Monday.

 

 This was reported by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emine Japarova.

 

 Japarova published a photo on Twitter together with Peychynovych-Burych in the Ukrainian capital.

 

 "She thanked the Council for the initiative to create a Register of Damages Caused by Russian Aggression. They discussed further steps necessary to restore justice and bring Russian war criminals to justice," the message reads.

 

 Pejchynovych-Burich posted the same photo on Twitter, thanking Japarov for the meeting.

 

 Earlier it was reported that German Vice Chancellor and Economy Minister Robert Habek arrived in Kyiv on Monday for political negotiations.
