Russia is bringing additional troops to the Bakhmut direction. This was stated by the deputy commander of the 3rd Assault Brigade Maksym Zhorin on Radio Svoboda.

According to him, the new forces deployed by Russia to this area include mainly airborne units that previously operated in other parts of the front. Some of these units also took part in active hostilities in the south and north and were redeployed.

The deputy commander noted that the Russian military has no difficulty replenishing its units with soldiers.

Zhorin emphasized that it is important to realize the real situation and not underestimate the enemy, believing that its resources and capabilities have been exhausted.

"People need to stay in the real world and not deceive themselves that the enemy is running out of things. They still have quite a lot of forces, reserves, equipment, and people. And they demonstrate this by redeploying and saturating the front with these units," the military said.

According to him, various units, including Kadyrov's Akhmat battalion, are involved in the Bakhmut direction.
