Polish experts claim that the missile that killed two people in November 2022 in southern Poland (Przewodów) was launched from Ukraine, Rzeczpospolita reports.

According to the publication, the conclusion was made despite the lack of cooperation from Ukraine, which did not provide Poland with any materials.

Information from Rzeczpospolita's anonymous sources familiar with the investigation indicates that the missile that fell in the village of Przewodów was a S300 5-W-55 anti-aircraft missile and was launched from Ukrainian territory.

"This missile has a range of 75 to 90 kilometers. At the time, the Russian positions were in a place where no Russian missile could reach Przewodów," the source said.

A representative of the Polish prosecutor's office, Łukasz Lapczyński, confirmed that the prosecutor had received the expert report, but did not disclose its content because it is confidential.
