The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has adopted a resolution recognizing Russian President Vladimir Putin as a dictator and the aggressor country as a dictatorship. This was reported on Telegram by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko.

The resolution was adopted with the support of 43 MEPs.
