Bundestag voted for the transfer of Taurus missiles to Ukraine

The Bundestag has supported a draft resolution with a recommendation for the German government to start supplying long-range Taurus missiles to Ukraine. This was reported on the Facebook page of Ukrainian people's deputy Yehor Cherniev, who was present at the vote.

"The Bundestag has just voted for the recommendation to provide Ukraine with long-range systems to launch "pinpoint strikes deep in the rear of the Russian aggressor". That is, Taurus," Cherniev wrote.

He said that the draft resolution was submitted to the Bundestag by MPs from the ruling coalition. A similar call by opposition MPs was rejected earlier today.

"The decision is up to Scholz. We are gradually raising the degree of the issue to achieve a result," the people's deputy added.
