The Ministry of Health explained the legality of COVID certificate verification

The Ministry of Health reported that the vaccination certificate or PCR test does not contain information about treatment or diagnosis, and therefore is not a medical secret. That means the police are not violating the law by requiring a covid certificate.

"A patient has the right to secrecy about his state of health, the fact of seeking medical care, the diagnosis, and the information obtained during his medical examination. That is, medical confidentiality contains a reference to a doctor or a diagnosis, but there is no such information in the vaccination documents", - reported in the MOH.

And they added that visitors of banks, gas stations, petrol stations, veterinary stores, pharmacies and grocery stores will not have to check their CVs.
