The Supreme Court finally banned the activities of the "Shariy Party"

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court, as part of the panel of judges of the Administrative Court of Cassation, reviewed in an appeal procedure case No. P/857/1/22, in the framework of which the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine asked the court to ban the activities of the political party "Shariy Party" and in its decision finally banned the activities of the political force in Ukraine , reports the press service of the Supreme Court

 "In the appeal, the party asked to annul the decision of the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal, which satisfied the claims of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, namely, banned the activities of the political party "Shariy Party" and transferred the property, funds and other assets of this party and its regional, city, district organizations, cells and other structural entities into the property of the state," the message reads.
 It emphasizes that the Supreme Court has adopted a decision, by which it left the appeal of the political party "Shariy Party" without satisfaction, and the decision of the first instance - unchanged.
 "The decision is final and not subject to appeal," the court emphasized.
