Galushchenko: Cabinet of Ministers has no plans to increase electricity tariffs

The Cabinet of Ministers has no plans to increase the electricity tariff in Ukraine for the population after the end of the heating season. Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko said this during a telethon.


According to him, the government has no plans to increase electricity tariffs for population during this heating season.


"The relevant decisions have been made. There is a corresponding resolution that is valid until the end of April, which sets the appropriate level of tariffs," said Galushchenko.


As for whether the tariff can be increased from April or for the next heating season, Galushchenko said: "There are no such plans in the draft discussion as of today."
