Warning from the TCC: threat of imprisonment for disseminating information about summonses

The message states that the Khmelnytskyi Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support warns of possible consequences for posting information on social media about military personnel who issue summonses. In case of violation of this rule, individuals face 5 to 8 years in prison.

 

 

It is also noted that these actions may be considered an obstacle to the legal activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, which may have serious consequences under the Criminal Code of Ukraine.


In addition, the comments to the post state that employees of the TCC are considered employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, not military personnel.
